Blogging

Client: Rugby First

Rugby First is the Warwickshire market town's ‘not for profit’ Business Improvement District (BID) organisation

Brief:  I was kindly commissioned to work on a short series of blog articles on small businesses based in the town. The brief was to interview a number of pre-selected businesses and their owners, and then produce a series of short blog articles on what they do, how they started, their hopes for the future and [more so] their thoughts on the Rugby town centre and how it could be improved.

The first article was on Jeans Flowers Rugby who [at the time] were due to be celebrating 30 years of trading in Rugby. Read more here.

The second article in the series was on Shape It Up Pilates, also based in Rugby town centre. Read the article by clicking here

Outcomes:

The blog articles were featured on Rugby First's website and the organisation’s Newsletter which goes out to levy paying members, the local and regional branches of Chamber of Commerce and Federation of Small Business, and local and county council.

The articles were also widely shared across Rugby First's social media platforms of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
