There is some more exciting news to share with you on a new project.
In addition to writing on horse racing, fencing, judo and volleyball for Eurosport, I will now also be covering the 2019 Blancpain GT Series.
My work for Eurosport - in collaboration with Content Network – has stretched back almost six years now. It began with a monthly commitment to writing previews and post-events reports and reviews of major horse racing events from across the world which are sponsored or supported by Swiss watchmaker Longines. This was in tandem with creating content – again with preview and review articles - reporting on Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI) equestrian events, including the Global Champions Tour and Global Champions League.
The equestrian project may have drawn to a close after four successful years, but my commitment with covering Longines-supported horse racing events is still going strong – at the moment with a strong focus on the 2019 Dubai World Cup Carnival at Meydan, UAE.
In addition, I have had additional content creation projects in tandem on
- fencing covering International Fencing Federation (FIE) events (from 2015),
- judo and the International Judo Federation (IJF) World Tour (from 2018), and
- volleyball and the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) world events (from December 2018)
This latest addition of covering the Blancpain GT Series is not only something new and exciting but marks an expansion of my sport reporting and content creation into the world of motor sport.
My monthly commitment will be for previewing and reviewing each of the 12 events of the 2019 series, in addition to covering other news stories from the series during the course of each month throughout the year.
And it's fair to say I can’t wait for it to start and for the events to unfold.
And of course, from March, via the coverage you can expect to see on Eurosport.
